The RE/MAX real estate network: a global success story.

Real estate to the maximum, in short RE/MAX - based on this principle, the American real estate agent Dave Liniger founded his own company in 1973. His idea: Well-educated, entrepreneurial independent real estate agents cooperate in a customer-oriented manner, to attain the greatest possible benefits for the owners as well as the interested parties. Since then, the famous trademark has become well known throughout the world: the hot air balloon in the colors red, white and blue.

From the USA to Europe.

In 1995, the RE/MAX success concept swept across the ocean: RE/MAX Europe was founded. Since 1997, the real estate network has also been active in Germany and has been extremely successful. Three times in a row, we were honored by the business magazine “impulse” as one of the best franchise systems in Germany and scored particularly in the “Service” category. In addition, RE/MAX is characterized by high customer loyalty with the predicate “outstanding” (survey Focus 09/19). RE/MAX is also pleased to receive other awards, such as the Dekra seal of approval (ISO 9001: 2015), the F & C Gold Award for franchise partner satisfaction and more. As a member of the German Franchise Association (DFV), RE/MAX is one of the top franchise companies in Germany.

Professionalizing the broker market.

The vision of RE/MAX Germany is to professionalize the broker market. This entails the highest training standards, and customer-oriented services with a true added value. The RE/MAX franchise system therefore demands a comprehensive training for each real estate agent, as well as an individually designed advanced training program for franchise holders. The professional training is additionally supported by cooperation partners such as the Chamber of Commerce or selected universities.

Collaboration within the network as a success factor.

A database which contains all the RE/MAX real estate listings worldwide, enables RE/MAX brokers to quickly access a broad range of real estate offers - and a comprehensive database of pre-qualified potential customers. The strong networking facilitates a collaboration within the RE/MAX ecosystem, even far beyond the company’s thresholds.
